First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests a single injection of AMDX-2011P, a dye that may light up harmful protein clumps in the retina. Researchers want to see if it can help diagnose cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA), a condition that raises the risk of brain bleeds. About 25 adults with CAA will take part. The main goal is to check safety and whether the dye can detect amyloid in the eye.
