Blood cell clues may spot bone marrow changes early in leukemia
NCT ID NCT07337967
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study will check if certain blood cell markers, called reticulocytes, can serve as early signs of bone marrow activity in people with chronic B lymphoproliferative neoplasms, a type of blood cancer. Researchers will measure reticulocyte counts and maturity levels in 120 newly diagnosed adults who have not yet received treatment. The goal is to see if these simple blood tests can help doctors understand bone marrow function without more invasive procedures.
