NCT ID NCT06250283
Summary
This study tested whether taking a daily resveratrol supplement could help prevent bone loss in postmenopausal women with low bone mass. For 24 weeks, half the participants took resveratrol while the other half took a placebo, with both groups also receiving calcium and vitamin D. Researchers measured changes in bone density and markers of bone health in the blood and urine to see if resveratrol made a difference.
