Summary
This study tests a new, quick injection method using poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) to improve the jawline and reduce sagging skin in the lower face. About 46 adults aged 18 to 65 will receive up to three treatments over 60 days, with a final check at 90 days. The goal is to see if this technique safely tightens the jaw contour and boosts patient satisfaction without surgery.
