Summary
This study compares two treatments for carpal tunnel syndrome: rest splints and high-intensity laser therapy, both added to standard physical therapy. Researchers will measure pain, hand function, nerve health, and grip strength in 78 adults aged 18-75. The goal is to find which approach better eases symptoms and improves daily life.
