Summary

This study looked at whether having a special rest cabin at work can improve employee well-being. 82 workers from an insurance company were split into two groups: one got to use the cabin right away, the other waited a month. The cabin offered relaxation options like guided meditation, massage, light therapy, and a zero-gravity chair. Researchers measured changes in stress, mood, sleep, and job satisfaction after one month.
