Summary

This study tested whether having a rest cabin at work helps employees feel better. 82 workers from a Canadian insurance company were randomly assigned to use the cabin right away or wait a month. The cabin offered guided meditation, massage, light therapy, and a zero-gravity chair. After one month, researchers compared well-being and work-related outcomes between the two groups.
