New bacterial therapy could change bladder cancer care

Summary
This study tests a new treatment for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) using a modified version of the BCG bacteria, given directly into the bladder. It is for adults who have not had BCG before and have certain types of bladder tumors. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can help control the cancer.
