New engineered BCG vaccine shows promise for bladder cancer control

Summary
This study tests a modified version of the BCG vaccine (rMBCG) given directly into the bladder for people with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). The goal is to see if it is safe and can control the cancer. About 40 adults who have not had BCG before will take part. The treatment aims to reduce tumor growth and prevent recurrence.
