Summary

This study looks at whether a quick lab test (Spotfire R/ST) can help doctors decide when antibiotics are truly needed for people with colds, sore throats, and other respiratory infections. About 800 urgent care patients over age 1 will take part. The goal is to see if the test reduces unnecessary antibiotic prescriptions while still keeping patients safe.
