Summary

This study will see if a special action plan, based on respectful maternity care, can make postpartum care better for mothers and their newborns. Nurses and midwives will get training on respectful, evidence-based care. Then, the study will compare the experiences and health outcomes of 500 women who gave birth before and after the training. The goal is to improve satisfaction, breastfeeding rates, and mental health for new mothers.
