Summary

This study will test if a special action plan, based on respectful maternity care, can improve the quality of care for mothers and their newborns after childbirth. Nurses and midwives will be trained to provide more respectful, supportive, and evidence-based care. The study will compare the experiences and health outcomes of 500 women who receive this new approach with those who received standard care. The goal is to see if this plan leads to better breastfeeding rates, higher maternal satisfaction, and improved mental health for mothers.
