Summary
This study aims to see if a special training program for nurses and midwives, focused on respectful and evidence-based care, improves health and satisfaction for mothers and their newborns after birth. It will compare mothers who received standard care to those who received care after the nurses completed the training. The goal is to promote better support for breastfeeding, mental health, and overall well-being for new families.
