Summary

This study aims to find the best exercise plan for women recovering from coronary artery disease or a heart attack. Researchers will compare standard cycling-based rehab to programs that also include weight training, to see which better improves fitness, muscle mass, and quality of life. The 12-week program involves 50 participants and carefully monitors safety.
