NCT ID NCT06157931
Summary
This study is testing a new resilience training program designed with students to see if it's practical and helpful. It will involve 100 university students in Hong Kong who have faced past adversity and are currently experiencing mental distress. Participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the training sessions or be placed on a waitlist, to see if the program can improve their ability to cope and reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress.
