Can 10 sessions help kids handle stress and screens?

NCT ID NCT07401030

Summary

This study is testing whether a special training program can help children aged 10-12 become more resilient to stress, improve their social skills, and develop healthier media habits. Fifty children will be randomly assigned to either take the 10-session group training or not, and their progress will be measured through questionnaires. The goal is to see if the program makes a positive difference in how kids cope with challenges.
