Summary
This study is testing a 4-hour workshop designed to build mental resilience in first responders like firefighters and EMS workers. It aims to prevent the development of PTSD and depression symptoms and promote healthier coping strategies after traumatic events. The trial will enroll 800 participants from New York and Texas to see if the training provides lasting benefits over one year.
