Summary
This study tests whether a leader-led resilience toolbox can improve mental wellbeing and reduce burnout in 900 elderly care workers in Norway and Finland. Participants in the intervention group will use the toolbox in structured workshops, while the control group continues as usual. The goal is to see if this approach helps caregivers feel better and stay in their jobs.
