Summary
This study looks at how to better support adults aged 65 and older who are receiving chemotherapy. Researchers will measure each person's resilience and create a personalized care plan to meet their needs. The goal is to see if this approach helps reduce hospital stays and emergency visits. About 32 people will take part.
