Summary

This study tests a program called REPOSE that assigns a patient navigator to help families of children with sleep-disordered breathing. The navigator identifies barriers, provides resources, and coordinates care between doctors and parents. The goal is to see if this support helps more children complete specialist evaluations and get timely treatment. About 80 parents and their children (ages 2 to 12) will take part.
