Second chance frost: testing repeat lung freeze for Smoker's cough

Summary
This study aims to check if it's safe to give patients a second round of a special 'freeze spray' treatment for their COPD and chronic bronchitis. It's for 10 people who have already received this treatment in a previous study. Doctors will give two more treatment sessions about a month apart and monitor patients for six months to see how they do.
