Summary

This study looks at whether biologic therapies can reverse long-term lung damage in people with severe asthma. Researchers will follow 150 patients aged 18-80 and 50 healthy volunteers for two years, using CT scans, MRIs, and breathing tests. The goal is to see if treatment can lead to true remission by healing the airways and blood vessels in the lungs.
