New heart valve trial aims to improve survival in severe aortic stenosis

Summary

This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of the RENATUS transcatheter aortic valve system in 800 people with severe aortic stenosis (a narrowed heart valve). Participants receive the valve through a less invasive procedure. The main goal is to see how many people survive over time, with follow-up up to 10 years.
