Summary

This small pilot study tests a device that maps and selectively disables certain kidney nerves to lower blood pressure. Fifteen adults with high blood pressure who cannot take or do not respond well to standard pills will receive the procedure. The goal is to see if the device is safe and can reduce blood pressure for several months without ongoing medication.
