Summary

This study tested two approaches to help control memory problems in people with advanced chronic kidney disease. It compared a remote augmented reality rehabilitation program and a dietary supplement against standard care. The goal was to see if these methods could improve thinking skills and daily function for patients who often have trouble traveling to clinics.
