Summary
This study tested a remote coaching program designed to help adults with schizophrenia who struggle to take their medication as prescribed. For 12 weeks, participants received either this special coaching or standard enhanced care. Researchers measured how well people attended the sessions, their satisfaction, and whether the coaching helped improve medication use and symptoms.
