Can a photo replace a Doctor's visit for psoriasis?

NCT ID NCT05835843

Summary

This study tested whether digital photographs could be used to reliably measure the severity of plaque psoriasis from a distance, compared to a traditional in-person doctor's exam. About 34 adults with plaque psoriasis participated. They had their skin condition assessed in person and photographed, so researchers could compare the two methods.
