Summary

This study tests a smartphone app called Edra PRO that helps doctors remotely track symptoms in people with moderate to severe depression. About 594 adults will either use the app plus usual care or just usual care for 6 months. The goal is to see if the app improves symptoms, quality of life, and reduces healthcare costs.
