Summary
This study tests whether adding a remote microphone to hearing aids helps adults with hearing loss understand speech better in noisy settings. Fifteen experienced hearing aid users will compare their hearing aids alone versus with a Roger remote microphone, as well as other brands' systems. The goal is to see which setup gives the clearest speech understanding.
