Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week remote exercise program is practical and acceptable for inactive men living in rural areas. Researchers will enroll 40 participants to try the program, which includes weekly check-ins, behavioral lessons, and personalized feedback. The main goal is to see if men will participate and stick with the program, while also checking if it helps increase their physical activity and improve their quality of life.
