First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a physical activity program delivered remotely (like by phone or video) is practical and well-liked by inactive men living in rural areas. About 37 men who do little exercise will try the program for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure how many sign up, stick with it, and feel satisfied, as well as changes in their activity levels and overall health.
