Summary
This study is testing whether sending new mothers home with a cloud-connected blood pressure cuff helps them manage high blood pressure after childbirth. It aims to see if this remote monitoring can help catch problems early, prevent dangerous complications, and reduce the need for mothers to be readmitted to the hospital. The program focuses on supporting mothers in the critical first six weeks after delivery.
