Summary

This study tested whether a smartphone app and home blood pressure monitor could help doctors personalize the dose of the blood pressure drug Zestril for each patient without needing in-person visits. Twenty adults with uncomplicated high blood pressure participated. The goal was to see if this remote approach is practical and helps more patients reach their target blood pressure.
