Summary
This study is testing whether providing patients with special home blood pressure cuffs and a remote monitoring program helps control high blood pressure during virtual doctor visits. Researchers want to see if this approach helps people manage their condition better when they can't go to the clinic. The study involves 100 adults with high blood pressure who receive virtual care from their doctors.
