Smartwatch nudges aim to get AFib patients moving

Summary

This study explores whether a smartwatch and text message system can encourage people with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (a type of irregular heartbeat) to be more physically active. About 40 adults will test the system and give feedback. The goal is to see if this approach is practical for a larger future study.
