Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week intensive lifestyle program (diet, exercise, sleep, stress management) combined with a careful plan to reduce blood pressure medication can help people with high blood pressure achieve remission. The goal is to see if participants can safely stop all blood pressure drugs and maintain normal blood pressure for at least 12 weeks. The study will include 240 adults aged 40 to 65 with essential hypertension.
