Summary

This study tested a daily pill called remibrutinib in 144 adults with chronic spontaneous urticaria (long-term hives) that antihistamines couldn't control. The main goal was to check if the drug affects blood pressure over 12 weeks, while also seeing if it helps reduce hives. Participants took the drug twice a day, and researchers used a 24-hour blood pressure monitor for accuracy.
