First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated Jun 01, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests a new two-pronged approach for people with B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. It combines a personalized cell therapy (relmacabtagene autoleucel, a type of CAR-T) with an immunotherapy drug (sintilimab) to try to boost the immune system's ability to fight the cancer. The main goal is to see how many patients have their cancer disappear completely after 3 months. The trial is currently recruiting 30 adults aged 18-70.
