New heart procedure aims to reshape failing hearts without major surgery

Summary
This study tests a new, less invasive procedure (Revivent System) for people with an enlarged, weak left ventricle due to heart failure. About 135 participants will be randomly assigned to receive the procedure plus standard medical care, or standard care alone. The goal is to see if the procedure improves heart function, symptoms, and quality of life more than medication alone.
