Summary
This study looked at whether adding relaxation exercises and foot massage to standard physical therapy helps people recover better after hip fracture surgery. Forty patients aged 50 and older took part. The goal was to see if these extra treatments could reduce pain, improve movement, and boost quality of life during their hospital stay.
