Can simple breathing exercises ease the strain of a risky pregnancy?
NCT ID NCT05508542
Summary
This study tested whether a simple, non-drug relaxation program could help women with high-risk pregnancies sleep better and feel less anxious and stressed. Thirty hospitalized pregnant women were split into two groups: one practiced guided relaxation exercises for four weeks, while the other received standard care. Researchers measured changes in sleep quality, anxiety, and stress to see if the exercises made a difference.
