Simple relaxation technique may ease burn patient suffering

Summary
This study looks at whether doing progressive muscle relaxation exercises twice a day can help burn patients sleep better, feel less anxious, and have a more positive body image. About 100 adults with second-degree burns will take part. Patients will listen to a guided audio recording with nature sounds for one week while in the hospital.
