Summary

This study tested whether a drug called relacorilant could safely treat high cortisol levels caused by benign adrenal tumors. It involved 137 patients who also had high blood pressure or diabetes. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either the real drug or a placebo for 22 weeks to see if relacorilant improved their health.
