First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looked at whether Reiki therapy can reduce colic symptoms and crying time in infants aged 3 weeks to 6 months, and also help with mothers' fatigue and quality of life. 44 infants were split into two groups: one received two 20-30 minute Reiki sessions, the other got no treatment. The study measured changes in colic scores, crying duration, and maternal well-being.
