Summary

This study tests whether a structured rehabilitation program can help people recover from myocarditis (heart inflammation) caused by immune checkpoint inhibitors, a common cancer immunotherapy. The trial will enroll 60 adults whose heart condition has stabilized, and will measure heart health, quality of life, and safety. The goal is to find a way to improve recovery and reduce long-term heart problems in these patients.
