First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested a digital rehab program for people with long COVID who have trouble thinking clearly (brain fog). 172 adults joined a 12-week program that combined cognitive training, physical activity, and mindfulness. The goal was to see if this approach could improve memory, attention, and other thinking skills better than usual care. The study is now complete, and results will show if this digital tool can help ease persistent cognitive symptoms.
