Summary
This study is testing a specific type of strength training during rehabilitation after a hip replacement. It aims to see if this training, which involves restricting blood flow to the working muscles, helps people regain leg strength faster and feel less pain. The trial will involve 30 adults who have recently had hip replacement surgery.
