Summary

This study looks at whether starting rehabilitation earlier or later after a specific type of back surgery (called UBE) helps people with a herniated disc recover better. Researchers will track how well 72 adults can do daily activities one year after surgery. The goal is to find the best timing for rehab to improve recovery and guide future treatment decisions.
