Summary
This study looks at whether starting physical therapy sooner or later after a specific type of back surgery (UBE) helps people with a herniated disc recover better. Researchers will track 72 adults aged 19-65 for 12 months using a disability questionnaire. The goal is to find the best time to begin rehab for the best long-term results.
