NCT ID NCT07161232
Summary
This study aims to find the best time to start physical therapy after a specific type of minimally invasive back surgery for a herniated disc. Researchers will compare starting rehab 2 weeks after surgery versus starting at 6 weeks. They will follow 72 patients for a year to see which timing leads to better long-term function and less disability.
