New rehab program aims to steady steps for rare balance disorder

Summary
This study is testing a 12-week supervised exercise program designed to help people with rare movement disorders called spastic ataxias. The goal is to see if this specific rehabilitation can improve walking, balance, and overall disease severity better than usual care. Researchers will also look at whether the program is practical for real-world clinics and if its benefits are worth the cost.
